When I request to extend my Short-Term Loan, do I need to sign the Short-Term Loan agreement again?

Yes, you are required to sign a new Loan Agreement by the business day prior to your due date. If you do not sign the new Loan Agreement, the FULL amount due will be deducted from your bank account in accordance with the signed Loan Agreement on file with us. A new Loan Agreement will need to be signed before we can process your extension payment.
