This Text Messaging Terms page explains how Cash Factory USA (“we” or “us”) uses text messaging to communicate with customers and outlines your rights and obligations when opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us.

By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give Cash Factory USA permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, as well as promotional messages, such as special offers and discounts, in conjunction with the services you have requested. Message frequency may vary by account. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent to you. To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you or email us at support@cashfactoryusa.com. If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.

Subscriber text messaging originator opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties not required for our everyday business purposes except when explicitly authorized by the subscriber.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our text messaging program or legal requirements. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

* Loan funding times and loan amounts are subject to eligibility. Not all applications are approved. Cash Factory USA is not a lender in all states, and loan approvals and amounts are subject to qualification criteria and applicable state laws. If approved before 9 am PT on a business day, funds are generally deposited via ACH the same day or, if approved before 5:15 pm PT, the next business day.  Some applications may require additional verification to qualify, which could delay funding. Cash Factory USA may use application information, loan history, and various credit reports as part of their underwriting. TX residents: Cash Factory USA operates as a Credit Access Business, arranging a loan between you and a third party. See Licenses & Registrations for additional information. Short-term loans are not intended to be long-term financial solutions. Customers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling. A single cash advance is typically for two to four weeks. However, borrowers often use these loans over a period of months, which can be expensive.
